Zie onderstaande reactie van Christian Biernatek van Kinu. Komt er op neer dat het oude bakje maar bij een klein deel van de gebruikers problemen geeft. Bij problemen ruilt Kinu het bakje gratis om. Dus als iemand problemen heeft met zijn bakje, gewoon even met Kinu contact opnemen!

I would like to let you also if some customers from Netherlands have issue´s with there grinder, and it is a Warrant defect like the cup at some Customers out there, we will Exchange the cup for free.
There was an issue with the plastic part of the cup and have receive after time some crack´s. This not appear at all Customers but at some...so if there are people with this, contact Kinu to solve this problem.
