Incorrect, the heated group is called Veloxtermo and can be found on very old presidents as well as on the wall mounted Veloxtermo aprox. 1952. The group fitted on this Mercurio is generally referenced as the Vgroup or V style grouphead. The Vgroup is commonly found on Urania models, on a mercurio one would expect a high model round group, but the third series of the Mercurio featured this V style grouphead starting aprox. 1955.

For reference check Faema Espresso 1945-2010 bij Enrico Maltoni. Pages 84-85, 103 and 168-169.

Well, they are all nicknames referencing to machines they are commonly mounted to, Faema uses nothing more then "gruppo a leva" which is quite a broad term

It is advertised on eBay Kleinanzeigen. Kaffee-Netz doesn´t permit to offer in two different platforms at the same time.
