@gilleko , ik vond dutch barista 'prima '' ik denk dat zijn website wel eens een goede upgrade kan krijgen.. niet alle boontjes even duidelijke informatie en heb meerdere keren een maitlej gestuurd en eigenlijk krjig je nooit antwoord. Dacht daarom ook lang dat het een scam website was.
Boontjes zelf vond ik prima, gewoon 6.5 ofzo. zat een zakje bij die wat meer oneven gebrand leek. waren geen boontjes die me echt bijbleven qua smaak, maar wel prima en interssant genoeg om met plezier een zakje op te maken
na een tip die ik hier ergens las even langs rum baba gegaan, geen mooie foto helaas, kilo gekocht en die gedeeld met iemand.

Processing ‘’Anaerobic’’
12-hour aerobic fermentation with wet beans
Anaerobic fermentation in hermetically sealed tanks for 72 hours. No erogenous elements were added to the natural microbial flora of the coffees.
Natural drying of the first 3 days on a cement terrace, 35 days on a suspended terrace, and finalization of the drying (approximately two interspersed days) in a box dryer.
Tasting note: Pistachio, Sweet, Tropical Fruit
ben ik normaal geen fan van brazil, vind ze altijd wat saai.
VInd deze wel okey, de pistachio vind ik zelf verre van terug.. (is dat nou gedaan om die pistache hype?) body is ook wat minder dan ik van veel brazil gewend ben, mis het lekkere mondgevoel. qua smaak gewooon okey..chocolade noten en idd een zoetfruitig smaakje dat daarna in je mond blijf hangt.
blij dat ik maar n halve kilo heb
