Tijd geleden dat ik hier weer eens heb gekeken, jammer (voor mezelf vooral dan ).

Vraagje voor degenen die er verstand van hebben: ik heb sinds kort wat roestplekjes aan de binnenkant van mijn Hario Buono RVS keteltje. De naam zegt het al: roestvast staal. In mijn simpele wereld zou betekenen dat het in ieder geval niet snel moet gaan roesten.

Maar hoewel ik hem niet vaak gebruik (na gebruik wel netjes laat uitlekken/opdrogen), is er dus toch wat roest ontstaan in de naad langs de bodem (rondom) en de zijkant.

Heeft iemand dit ook wel eens gehad? M.a.w.: moet ik niet zo zeuren of is dit een kwestie van even belletje met de leverancier?

Voor de 40 euro die zo'n keteltje kost is het echt niet vreemd om te verwachten dat het ding heel blijft bij normaal gebruik.

Dat mag je eigenlijk wel verwachten van die €45 dat het keteltje goed in elkaar zit...

maar goed. Dit lees ik in de handleidingt:

  product dry thoroughly.
  Allowing traces of salt or oil to remain on the surface of the product may result in corrosion.
  Please ensure to keep the product clean.
  Please be aware that allowing the product to remain in contact with other products made of steel
  or aluminum may cause corrosion to develop.
  If any sign of corrosion is discovered, apply some scouring compound cream on a sponge or a
  scrubbing brush and rub it off, then rinse thoroughly.
  White spots may appear on the bottom as you keep using the product. This is caused by residue
  of magnesium and calcium contained in tap water. This is not harmful to your health. The same
  will adhere to the body, lid or pouring spout. Please wash off thoroughly after use
