We have the regret of announcing that the main building of our production plant caught fire last Saturday, December 8.
The fire consumed all of the building’s second floor where we stock all ready-to-ship grinders, all finished parts, packaging, and servers –– everything was lost.
The fire fighters were able to stop the fire from spreading to the first floor where we keep our manufacturing machines. The damage there was minimizing, but we now suffer of roof leaks due to the fragile structure.
As we will need some time to repair the factory and restock, we ask you to please excuse us for the delay. Currently, our website displays Buy for online order, but our systems will progressively change the purchasing option to Pre-Order as we run out of stock.
We are all-hands-on-deck in trying to get the factory running again!
