Hello everyone,(sorry for the English, my Dutch is not perfect.)

I have baught a Quick Mill 3000 two days ago, and it seems that there's a leakage , every time a make a shot , water is coming from the bottom of the machine, as shown in the picture.
Also after every shot, I can hear the water dripping inside the machine. I have recorded a video but cannot upload it here

is this a problem with the machine ? should I return it ?
Note, the issue is more obvious when testing with fine grind,
while testing the grind size , apparently it was too fine, I saw the pressure is going up to the highest point. Then the leakage from the bottom was coffee , not only water.

Ik heb jaren een QuickMill Aquaviva gehad en ook al was de maalgraad zo fijn dat de doorlooptijd van een singel shot 60 of 90 seconden was, ik heb nooit lekkage gehad zoals jij laat zien.

Ik ken dat engels niet lezen. Ik verrek het.Tabee.

If it is a brand new machine. Return it. If you go fixing yourself, you will loose waranty.
With fine grind the pressure is built up, so more water can come out.
