I am selling my honne grinder.
It is a custom model build by hedonne. I have changed the burrs and the belt in 2024 at the factory.
It uses the same 68mm Hybrid DRM burrs as the Versalab M3, but it is aligned to a tolerance of less than 0.03mm. This results in a coffee that is balanced, has high level of clarity while still having significant body Zero Retention: With the patent-pending zero-retention module that spins the motor in the opposite direction once you turn off the grinding, I have not seen anything above 0.1g in retention.
